By using Core Power Barre's services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Liability and Assumption of Risk

Participants in Core Power Barre's in-studio and on-demand classes acknowledge the inherent risks associated with physical activity. Core Power Barre shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or health issues resulting from participation. Participants are advised to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any fitness program.

Health and Fitness Acknowledgment

Participants affirm that they are in good health and have no medical conditions that would restrict their ability to engage in physical exercise. Participants with known health concerns must seek medical advice before participating.

Class Participation

Participants are responsible for selecting classes that match their fitness level and abilities. Core Power Barre reserves the right to deny participation or request modifications based on a participant's health condition or fitness level.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies for in-studio services and on-demand subscriptions will be outlined during the booking process. Refund policies may vary and will be communicated accordingly.

Release of Liability

Participants hereby release Core Power Barre, its instructors, and staff from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or as a result of participation in in-studio or on-demand classes.

User Conduct

Participants agree to conduct themselves in a respectful manner during in-studio and on-demand classes. Any disruptive behavior may result in the termination of services.

Modifications to Services

Core Power Barre reserves the right to modify or discontinue services, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.

Intellectual Property

All content provided by Core Power Barre, including but not limited to logos, images, and instructional materials, is the property of Core Power Barre and protected by intellectual property laws.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, for the Naples, FL studio, and by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, for the Margate, NJ studio. For online memberships and services, these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms for the Naples studio shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Florida, and for the Margate studio shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of New Jersey. Disputes related to online memberships and services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of New Jersey.

Changes to Terms

Core Power Barre reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes.
